PT Arnott’s Indonesia is a subsidiary of Campbell Soup Company manufacturing food and biscuits and known for high quality products and famous brands for both domestic and export markets such as GOOD TIME, TIM TAM, NYAM NYAM, STIKKO, VENEZIA & PRESTIGE. We invite professionals for the position of:  

ASSISTANT DEMAND PLANNING MANAGER

(CODE: ADPM)

The job scope includes :

Report to the Demand & Supply Manager - this position is responsible for : 

• Manage demand number projection (monthly & weekly basis)
• Manage the historical data and do the analysis,
• Manage and analysis supply constraint on daily and weekly basis
• Manage and coordinate inter-functional related to supply and demand discrepancies
• Manage in linking planning system from demand to material planning,
• Manage the accuracy of Master Production Planning to Material Requirement Planning on monthly & weekly basis,
• Manage material monitoring system and on material availability to support production planning,
• Manage material expenditure planning.
• This position is also have strategic role in managing inventory cost by proper material planning, avoid inventory write off with right and accurate material planning, and streamlining all the process of inbound logistic (demand to material)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree from any disciplines with minimum 4-6 year experience in medium to high volume manufacturing environment
• Capability & Competencies in ERP system & Data Management
• Strong analytical skills
• Leadership and management ability
• Ability to  work cross-functionally
• Organisational and planning skills
• Ability to work under diverse and simultaneous demands in a FMCG environment
