TECHNICAL ENGINEERING
Scope of works:                
To develop and profitably manage Alternative fuel replacement within PTSC by
providing economic solutions for producers of industrial by products and
profitable opportunities for the use of AFR in cement kilns. 

Requirements:
• Education: Technical degree
• Experience :
o Previous experience in cement manufacturing industry min 2 year
o Previous experience working with alternative fuels
o Previous experience in managing projects
• Computer Literate : Computer literacy

• Language: Good communication skills in English

• Other qualification:
o Cement chemistry and process knowledge
o Working knowledge of environmental of hazardous sustains regulation
o Good analytical skills
o Working knowledge of environmental and hazardous substances legislation
o Awareness of OHS at the workplace  

TECHNICAL & SPECIAL PROJECT MANAGER
Scope of works:               
• Seek and develop new business opportunities through projects related to
co-processing of waste in the cement kiln.
• Propose new projects to HIL Management Team with compelling business case
and seek approval to proceed (including seeking approval for resources
required for projects).
• Develop & improve business processes enhancing financial performance
through promotion of improvement initiatives
• Take the lead in conceptualizing, initiating and coordinating projects
with relevant departments across HIL. Keeping track of progress of projects
and taking necessary actions leading to successful completion of projects
undertaken

Requirements:
• Education: University degree in Engineering
• Experience:
o 5-10 years of experience in the field of cement operation, co-processing
technology, waste management business, business analysis, and
projectmanagement.
o Having good relationship with relevant government bodies, agencies and
ministries, especially in KLH.
o Exposure in operational areas (financial, marketingand/or operation) is
preferred
o Managing the team-work, dead-lines and work-load
o Able to conduct public speaking assignments in the areas of cement
industry, environment management, climate change and waste co-processing
technology.
• Computer Literate: Knowledge of relevant IT based applications
• Language: Good communication skills in English

• Other qualification:
o Knowledge and experience of the cement industry and Co-Processing
technology
o Ability to recognize business opportunities.
o Excellent project management skills
o Good analytical and problem solving skills
o Good inter-personal  and communication skills:
