FINANCE & ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Qualifications & Experience :
• Professional qualifications- CA, ICWA or CPA or ACCA
• Experience – Minimum 5-7 years post qualification relevant experience in
well known organizations. Of this alst 3-4 years should be in Indonesia
• Responsibilities: will be responsible for the day to day accounting
operations, reporting requirements to the management and all statutory
compliances. Will report to the General Manager and head the acocunts team
at Head office and the project/site offices at mining locations.
• Skills/attributes: Hands on experience in any well known accounting
package like ACCPAC or TALLY
• Very comfortable in a computerized environment and well trained in MS
office.
• Knowledgeable of Indonesian tax laws
Competencies & Skills :
• Analytical mind, ability to solve problems
• Attention to detail and care for accuracy
• Good communication skills.
• Hard working and ability to work with local people.
• Must be willing to travel about 5 days in a month to the mines to check
the accounting operations.
• Age – about 35 years
