Currently we are looking for qualified Candidates for our Client, a
European-based company (PMA) for the position of:
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER  
Requirements:
• Male/Female – maximum 50 years old
• Holds Bachelor degree (S1) from any disciplines
• Having minimum 10 years experience in Managerial Level within
manufacturing industry is a must
• Experience in HR Strategic issues including OD, C&B, HRIS, etc.
• Having knowledge of HR Systems i.e. HAY, Mercer, and Balance Score Cards
is a must
• Excellent English fluency (oral & written)
• Salary Range: IDR. 40 million / month
