Qualification:

• Male, max. 40 years old
• Graduated min. Degree majoring Law from reputable University
• Having experience min. 5 years in HR Department

• Computer literate
• Fluent in English oral and written
• Capable in defining, managing and controlling the implementation of HRD
programs, in accordance with the company's HRD policies.
• Possesses experiences in implementing and coordinating job analysis, job
evaluation and grading process.
• Able to develop, implement and coordinate career planning and succession
planning programs for the employees.
• Capable in providing coaching and counseling to employees to create a
harmonious working climate.
• Able to Manage recruitment, performance management, people and learning
development, employee and industrial relation, policy and compensation and
benefit activities.
