Finance Controller- Logistic


Responsibilities:

. To manage an integrated total process of sales from the registration of
new account, order processing, logistics operation, credit management and
A/R collection.
. To provide short term and long terms logistics strategy.
. To provide and manage logistics infra: warehousing, transport management,
people, system integration, and 3rd Party Logistics Provider.
. To manage and control the effectiveness of logistics operation through Key
Performance Indicators (KPI) performances and Logistics Cost ratio position.
. To manage entire credit granting process, including the consistent
application of a credit policy, periodic credit reviews of existing
customers, and the assessment of the credit worthiness of potential
customers, with the goal of optimizing the mix of company sales and bad debt
losses.
. To build relationship with our largest customers.
. To manage Credit Insurance company or other risk cover instrument to meet
company 100% risk cover ratio.
. To manage A/R collection to meet company's A/R Turn Over and Bad A/R ratio
within company direction.
. To initiate a legal action related with credit settlement if needed.
. To maintain a department organizational structure sufficient to meet its
goals and objectives.

Requirements

. Candidate should possess at least 10 years of working experience and out
of the 10years, at least 3 years in a Finance Controller role with a
multinational Company, preferably from FMCG Industry
. Candidate must be assertive and possess a can-do-attitude
. Candidate must have great leadership and interpersonal skills and someone
who believe and foster Work-life balance within the team.
