A young and fast growing fragrances and flavours manufacturing company with
head office based in Singapore is looking for a self highly motivated with
vast experiences in fragrance & flavours industry country manager, base in
our newly opened sales office in Jakarta – Indonesia.  

Country Manager (Fragrance & Flavours) – Indonesia
Job Functions:
Reporting to the Sales Director in Singapore, the candidate will be the
Country Manager for Indonesia. His/her functions will include:
• Commercialization of the products of the company (fragrances/flavours)
through distributors and products manufacturers.
• Exploring new base of customers/distributors.
• Overall responsible for ensuring all sales targets for the area are met
with.
• High focus business development on the Indonesian market.
• Traveling to different cities/provinces within Indonesia meeting the
distributors, customers and increase sales, developing a strong
relationship.
• Delivering growth, maximizing sales and profitability, and maintaining and
increasing standards of customer service.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience commercializing fragrances and
flavours and with existing base of customers will be an added advantage. Or,
• Experience within a company from the personal or household product sector
or a raw materials producer for the personal or household sector will be
considered. Experience in Air Care Segment will be an advantage.
• Highly motivated with good sales and marketing skills.
• Able to work independently and has sense of flexibility.  
• Fluency in English and Indonesian is mandatory.
• Commercial acumen.
• Availability to travel frequently to the various cities/provinces within
Indonesia if required.
• Preparation of annual target and forecast. 
• Team-player, structured, organized, autonomous and with high coordination
and management skills.

URGENTLY NEEDED
U.S. Embassy, Jakarta has a vacancy for an Engineer (FSN-51/2010), FSN-9*
(Rp. 136,615,067,- p.a. full performance starting salary) in the Office of
Defense Cooperation (ODC). The incumbent, under the task order, provides
services in support of the Contingency Engineer, Naval Facilities
Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Pacific and the overall operational objectives
of the Office of Defense Cooperation (ODC) U.S. Embassy-Jakarta, Indonesia.
S/He assists the HA Planner (ODC), and NAVFAC Pacific Site Thailand Resident
Officer in Charge of Construction (ROICC), the NAVFAC Pacific Program
Managers, and the U.S. Government representatives at the U.S. Embassy
Jakarta by providing Engineer services and deliverables through performance
of on-site Program Specialist duties on a full-time basis.
Engineer (FSN-51/2010), FSN-9
Qualification required:

1. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering with a background in construction is
required.
2. At least one (1) year experience in a similar field management position
or managing contractors for government-funded program is required.
3. Level IV (fluent) in speaking/reading/writing both in English and Bahasa
Indonesia is required.
4. Must demonstrate strong communication skills and ability to handle
sensitive situations diplomatically.
5. Must have the capacity in building experience both individual and
institutionally, able to live and work in harsh isolated environments and
travel frequently. Also able to multitask, handle pressure well, improvise
and flexible.
6. Must have the ability to perform using Microsoft Office, Adobe, ARCGIS
and Visio.
