We are looking for the following positions as:
1. Water System Engineer (placed: Batam)
Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor Degree of Science/Chemical Engineering or its equivalent
• Min. of 5 years working experience in similar capacity in manufacturing environment, preferably in pharmaceutical/medical device.
• Experience in DI water, UPW, Waste Water treatment would be advantageous.
• Exposure in technical field, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Document Practice (GDP), Quality Management System, trouble shooting skills and Project Management.
2. Supplier Quality Engineer (placed: Batam)
Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor Degree of Physical Science/Chemical Engineering or its equivalent
• Min. of 4 years working experience in Quality Management in pharmaceutical/medical device/health care environment.
• Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Compliance or Regulatory Affairs.
• Knowledge in change control, statistical process control, training systems and manufacturing process.
• Proven knowledge in cGMPs/Regulatory Affairs/Validation/Laboratory, 21CFR820 and ISO13485 requirements.
3. Principle/Senior/Process Engineer - Color Specialist (placed: Batam)
Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering or its equivalent
• Min. of 5 years working experience in manufacturing plant, preferably in pharmaceutical/medical device.
• Knowledge in industrial equipment, process controls and troubleshooting.
• Ability to develop and implement standard engineering practices, as well as provide detailed documentation upon project completion.
• Good project management
4. Principle/Senior/Process Engineer - Automation & Process Controls (placed: Batam)
Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor Degree of Mechatronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Computer Engineering or its equivalent
• Min. of 5 years of industry related experience in PC based controlled machines, instrumentation, vision system, control & automation at the design and implemenation level.
• Proven experience in PLC programming with any of the following PLCs:
- Allen Bradley
- Modicon
- Keyence
- GE Fanuc
- Siemens
- Mitsubishi
- Omron, etc.
• Able to program and configure HMI or SCADA of any of the following software packages from Wonderware, Rockwell Automation, Siemens, etc.
• Must be able to create and read logic and flow diagrams for program design, programming, simulation and testing, and start-up
• Ability to develop and implement standard engineering practices, as well as provide detailed documentation upon project completion.
• Experience using CAD softwares such as AutoCAD, Solidworks, Pro E, etc.
• Setting up servo drive systems (Allen Bradley, Yaskawa, etc.) experience.
• Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical troubleshooting in a high-volume automate manufacturing environment.
5. Principle/Senior/Process Engineer - Injection Moding Process (placed: Batam)
Requirements:
• Min. Diploma Degree of Mechanical/Industrial/Plastic Engineering
• Min. of 4 years of working experience in Engineering Plastic components/contact lens/precision in an electronics manufacturing industry.
• Preferably have knowledge of maintenance in injection molding machines
• Hands-on experience in processing of engieering plastics and must have good hands-on experience in molding machines and machine parameter setting.
• Basic knowledge in Tools & Die / Mold maintenance including knowledge and working understanding of tool construction.
• Must be conversant of ISO-9001 system.
• Knowledge of plastic processing materials viz. PP, SAN, ABS, PC, PS, etc. required.
• Awareness of quality standards required for processing different polymers, and is well versed with molding defects.
• Hands-on experience in process engineering using process improvement tools (DOE, FMEA). Good understanding of safety practices.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Auto CAD or Solidworks will be advantage
• Familiar with GMP working environment or with Six Sigma certification will be added advantage
6. Gold Belt (placed: Batam)
Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Scientific field.
• Min. of 4 years of engineering experience in manufacturing plant, preferably in pharmaceutical/medical device
• Data anaylysis and Project management experience
• Excellent Computer skills.
• Technical and analytical aptitude.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to mentor project leads.
• Six Sigma Certified Black Belt is preferred
7. e-Lab Superintendent (placed: Batam)
Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor Degree of Physical Sciences/Chemistry/Physics Engineering.
• Min. of 2 years Quality Management experience in pharmaceutical/medical device/health care environment
• Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Compliance or Regulatory Affairs.
• Knowledge in change control, statistical process control, training systems and manufacturing process
• Proven knowledge in cGMPs/Regulatory Affairs/Validation/Laboratory, 21CFR820 and ISO 13485 requirements.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
8. Compliance Manager (placed: Batam)
Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor Degree of Physical Sciences/Chemistry/Physics Engineering or its equivalent.
• Min. of 6 years Quality Management experience in pharmaceutical/medical device/health care environment
• Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Compliance or Regulatory Affairs.
• Knowledge in change control, statistical process control, training systems and manufacturing process
• Proven knowledge in cGMPs/Regulatory Affairs/Validation/Laboratory, 21CFR820 and ISO 13485 requirements.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
General Requirements:
• Male, age: 28 – 43 Years old
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Posses problem solving, decision making interpersonal communication skills
• Well verse in Microsoft Applications
