Logistics Executive – Indonesia Office

Responsibilities:

· Ensure all items received are in good condition and stored in their proper place

· Contact and expend connections with ship owners and seek suitable vessels

· Obtain freight rate

· Handle a company's shipping, receiving and overall distribution

· Co-operate wiyh outsource on the shipping to customers including goods and vehicles to provide adequate supply to all customers

· Draw contract with charter party

· Verify adequate flow of logistics

· Collect and prepare related documents

Qualifications:

· Male/Female 25-35 Years old

· Indonesian Nationality

· Fluent in English

· Have good communication and interpersonal skills

· Bachelor's degree or higher in logistics and supply chain

· Process knowledge in International Trade and Business Process

· Have at least 2 years of work experience in vessel and barge operations

· Having coal product background is preferred

· Proficiency in standard software such as MS Office

IT Technicians

Qualifications:

Single, Male (min. 23 years old)
Minimum D3 Information Technology/Information System, or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in IT area.
Familiar with the operations and maintenance of IT Network (LAN/WAN), and familiar with VSAT internet operations.
Willing to work in remote area
Able to work under pressure environment and under minimum supervision.

Area Supervisors

Working location: Sumatera Utara, Kalimantan, Maluku Utara, Papua, Papua Barat.

Qualifications:

Male (max. 40 years old)
Minimum D3 Information Technology/Information System, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in related area.
Familiar with the operations and maintenance of IT Network (LAN/WAN), and familiar with VSAT internet operations.

Mobile Internet Operators

Qualifications:

Familiar with the operations and maintenance of diesel engine vehicle and diesel genset.
Able to work under minimum supervision.

Customer Service Manager

Working location: Jakarta

Qualifications:

Female (max. 35 years old)
Min. S1 degree
Min. 3 years of related experience.
Familiar with Customer Service operations, problem handlings, data base, and ticketing-help desk management.
Computer & English literate.
