Quality Assurance Manager
Jawa Barat - Cibitung

Responsibilities:

Lead the Quality Assurance team to handle daily operation tasks
Review and improve existing QA system to enhance its effectiveness and consistency.
Develop Food safety procedures and control points for food process.
Strengthen audit skills on both internal operations and suppliers amongst QA team and provide QA technical support for internal business units
Monitor QA system development by reviewing job progress and performances through alignment with cross divisions
Establish and manage QA plan for company's retail and F&B operations as well as suppliers
Lead and monitor ISO 22000 project
Verify suppliers' qualifications are conform to company's QA standards
Drive the investigation of all customer complaints and product failure, facilitate solution as well as implement corrective and preventive actions

Requirements:

Degree holder in Food Science with a minimum of 3 years relevant QA experience in Food & Beverage industry
Strong audit skill and familiar with quality assurance systems and practices such as HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000
Good communication and presentation skills in both spoken and written English
Strong coaching and management skills
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Able to work independently and work under a tight schedule and a rapidly change environment
Excellent to operate computer (MS Office, etc)
